Dr. Steve Gerali

Steve Gerali holds two earned doctorates in Religion and Societal Studies/Counseling Psychology, and has served as the Chair of the Department of Youth Ministries/Adolescent Studies at Judson University, Founder and Director of the International Center for Youth Ministry, and Director of Graduate Studies in Youth Ministry at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. Gerali is the author of several books, including The Struggle (2001), How to Stay Christian in High School (2004), Teenage Guys (2006), a series of six books entitled What Do I Do When… (2009), and most recently The Crest (2011). He is also a sought after lecturer, and has spoken in more than 20 nations on four continents.

Matt Browning holds a Doctorate of Education and is the Associate Vice President for Internationalization at Azusa Pacific University (“APU”). His span of responsibility includes APU’s Center for Global Learning and Engagement, The Institute for Outreach Ministries, Office of World Missions, and the International Center. Prior to his work at APU, Matt served as the Vice President for Student Programs at the English Language Institute China where he mobilized North Americans to serve as English teachers in Asia.

Jer Monson holds a Masters of Business Administration and is currently finishing his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine University. Monson also serves as the Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law. Prior to returning for his graduate education, Monson spent four years as corporate recruiter in the greater Chicago area. His international work has taken him around the world, including projects in Central America, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
